Also included: Course Foot manual, Home Study booklet, two exams - written and practical. Total course hours: 178, including 35 hours in-class, 15 hours of home study, 60 hours of case study praticum. The student must complete with success a theoretical and a practical exam in order to receive the RAC diploma.

Acu-point Hand Chart and 2 exams.
The R.A.C. Hand Reflexology Certification Course consists of 24 hours of classroom instruction, and 30 hours of documented case studies. To be awarded certification, the student must complete a written exam within 3 months and a practical exam within 6 months of the end of the course.
The classroom instruction includes:
• History and theory of hand reflexology
• Location of reflex points on hand and related conditions
• Hand/nail observation and analysis, application and documentation.
Hand Reflexology is an important adjunct to foot Reflexology.
A hand reflexology session is not only calming, it is a powerful tool that may be used on its own or in combination with an ear or foot reflexology session.
Course Pre-requisite: This course is open to anyone who has completed a RAC foot course. Documentation is required at the time of registration. Current membership in the Reflexology Association of Canada is necessary in order to complete the course.
