Pictograph of ancient Egyptian healers doing Reflexology on the hands and feet found in tomb of the physician Ankhmahor.
Reflexology is a powerful tool for maintaining health and balance in the body.
There are more than 7,200 nerve endings in each foot — and each of these correspond to a different body part, gland or organ. Based on zone theory, Reflexology works by applying pressure to specific areas on the hands and feet.
Three main benefits are: an increase in blood circulation, release of tension areas in the body, and a profound state of relaxation.
